House rules
 

These are house rules at a glance. Detailed house rules are specified in our terms and conditions. 

 

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and the communal areas. Any indication of cigarette smell or/and ashes will result in a £175-£200 charge to cover the cost of specialist cleaning, smoke removal and loss of income for the next guest arrival. 

 

  • Parties with loud music and many people are strictly prohibited. 

 

  • Excessive noise and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Please respect our neighbours! 

 

  • Having guests present in the apartment beyond those in the booking reservation is not permitted unless permission was given by us.  

 

  • Illegal activities. Any activity that is against the law will result in the immediate eviction of the guests, the full deposit kept, the police informed and CCTV evidence given to the police. 

  • Occupants are responsible for leaving the apartment, furniture and all equipment reasonably clean and tidy at the end of the stay. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.

 

Checking-in
  • Check-in time is between 4pm-6pm

  • On arrival, a member of staff will meet you at your apartment to help you with orientation. He/She will show you around the apartment and answer any questions that you might have about the apartment or the city. However, for more questions after check-in you may contact us at support@homelyapartments.co.uk

 

  • At check-in you will be requested to sign a booking summary which says that you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions. 

 

  • You will also need to present photographic ID and we will take a copy of it.  

 

  • You will then be given a set of keys to the apartment for the duration of your stay. 

 

Checking-out
 
  • Check-out time is before 11:30am 

 

  • Unless a late check-out has been agreed 24 Hours in advance we reserve the right to charge you for the full day of next day if the accommodation has not been vacated by 11:30am. 

 

  • Late check-out is possible at 2pm if agreed in advance in writing for an extra fee depending on availability.  

 

  • Please turn off all lights, electrical appliances and heating and check you have all your belongings with you. 

 

  • Procedure for key return: At check-in you will have agreed with us either: 

    • Lock the apartment and leave the key at letterbox of the apartment

    • Lock the apartment and hand the key back to a staff member

    • Sometimes we might also agree with you to leave key inside the apartment. 

 

Please do not leave keys at the reception under any circumstances. 

 

 

  • The cleaners will arrive at the apartment at 12 (unless late check-out) and a full inventory will be done to check for damaged or missing items, smoking and check if additional cleaning is necessary. Part of your deposit will be kept if specialist cleaning is required beyond of what is normal (e.g. hard to clean stains on furniture etc).

 

  • After all the necessary checks completed your deposit will be returned back to you within 72 hours. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to process this.
